JUNIOR ELITE PROGRAM
Athletes ages 3 to 12 are given a tailored program that will accelerate them through progressive fundamentals and playing with yellow balls. The Junior Elite Program’s intent is to build excellent technical foundations with the focus on tactical development while instilling discipline and focus. As the athlete progresses through the program, they learn the training habits, build workout routines, experience tactical competition, and gain knowledge on how the body recovers.
Program Mission
Three to five days a week, the athlete is immersed in the world of high-level athletics. Each athlete is held to the highest standards as the outcome of the Junior Elite Program to set the young athlete on the path toward university competition or professional tennis.
Daily Breakdown
The start of the session focuses on physical development in which the athlete works with a trainer to maximize strength and conditioning. With younger athletes, this pertains to motor skills training and aerobic endurance. As the athlete grows, it encompasses weightlifting and the development of explosive agility.
In the next phase, the athlete works with one of the Senior Professionals on technical proficiencies outlined by the athlete’s primary instructor.
Once the athlete’s technique has met the progress required by the Senior Professional, the athlete then plays points or matches with a tactical focus.

Considering the high level of commitment of these young athletes and their families, we understand the need for an education system that allows for these performance programs to be possible. The following are local academies and online schools that will accommodate even the most rigorous athletic schedules while still providing an exceptional education.
Other options may also be available, and encourage each family to find the best option for their young athlete.
